Andrew is an experienced corporate financier and board member with more than 30 years of experience in leading corporate finance firms in London and New York, including ING Barings and Schroders.
A graduate of Oxford University, Andrew is currently a Senior Adviser at Smith Square Partners, a leading corporate finance firm and a Non-Executive Director of the holding company of Lloyd George Advisory and Great Western Mining Corporation PLC, an AIM quoted mineral exploration and development company with assets in Nevada.
Andrew joined the board of Prospex in April 2023.
